RAKEZ runs business zones in Al Nakheel and Al Hamra, industrial zones in Al Ghail, Al Hamra and Al Hulaila, and an academic zone. It issues both free zone and non-free zone licences, so a company can trade inside the free zone and on the UAE mainland.
